Before I close out the review, I wanted to share my thoughts relating to the customer service that Bet365 offers their clients. I took some time to dig into their customer service options and test them out for myself. From what I noticed, Bet365 looks to offer their clients three different ways to contact them. Those three methods are email, telephone, and live chat.

Bet365 provides 24/7 email customer service support to their clients. I often will use email support when I’m not in a rush for answers. I sent some emails to their customer service team over the course of my site review to test them out and see how good they were. Luckily, each of my emails was promptly returned and provided me with the information and answers that I was seeking.
